Changing the industry's perception of administrators being a HR cost to a project to being the primary asset and commercial opportunity of a project. That is: provides a time related income to the project as opposed to being a time related expense.

Providing a historical record of a "builders" common sense design review in a project's design shortfalls: omitted detail, conflicting drawings and geometry issues, and over design (2nd round value engineering) via the Scope of Wor​k process. Promoting the invaluable early opportunity of noticing design hiccups at the trade level review distinctly not noticed at the lead in stages of the project or where focus is elsewhere in the design.
Reciprocating, with my Clients, a knowledge bank of suitable tenderers and performance reports to suit the project demands and culture from the wider market given the experience gain in commercial turn-over-roles in contrast to opportunities found in longer-term commercial roles.
